We try our best to display accurate product images, descriptions, and specifications. However, actual product colour, packaging, or appearance may slightly vary depending on stock availability, screen display settings, or supplier updates.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees / LKR, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, and delivery charges at any time without prior notice.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or update the order after informing the customer.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, delivery limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payments

We accept available payment methods shown at checkout. Orders will be processed after payment confirmation or according to the selected payment method.

6. Delivery

We deliver to locations within Sri Lanka, subject to delivery coverage and availability. Delivery time may vary depending on location, product availability, courier service, public holidays, or other unexpected delays.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by us.

7. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using the products according to the instructions provided. VIA Scent is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized refilling, using incompatible fragrance oils or sprays, or failure to follow product guidelines.

For electrical or battery-operated diffusers, customers should use the product only as instructed and keep it away from water, excessive heat, children, and unsafe environments.

8. Corporate and Commercial Scenting Services

For corporate scenting, hotel scenting, office fragrance solutions, consultation visits, and installation services, final pricing, service terms, maintenance, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the client requirement and location.

Separate quotations or service agreements may apply for commercial customers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, text, graphics, and branding, belongs to VIA Scent or its respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

VIA Scent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
