1. Delivery Areas

We deliver within Sri Lanka, subject to courier coverage and service availability.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

• Colombo and suburbs: 1–3 business days

• Other areas in Sri Lanka: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, stock availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other external factors.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout, unless a free delivery promotion applies.

Free shipping may be available for selected orders, locations, or promotional campaigns.

5. Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. VIA Scent will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, or unreachable contact numbers.

6. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details or delivery updates will be shared after dispatch.

7. Damaged Delivery

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details
