We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The issue is reported within the required time period

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable once opened or used:

  • Aroma oils

  • Aerosol sprays

  • Fragrance refills

  • Opened consumable fragrance products

  • Used diffusers or scent machines

  • Products damaged due to misuse

3. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Damaged delivery claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after we inspect and approve the returned product.

Approved refunds may be issued through the original payment method, bank transfer, store credit, or product replacement, depending on the situation.

5. Exchanges

If a product is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or exchange based on stock availability.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct product selection before purchase. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, dislike of fragrance after opening, or incorrect product choice.

  • Contact number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos, if applicable
